  • The calculations will be 100% accurate for all data formats
  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The results constitute financial advice

6. Limitation of Liability

TrueXIRR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
